Service Description

For more than forty years, I had the privilege of caring for people as a registered nurse in hematology-oncology, intensive care, hospice, and leadership. Along the way, I came to understand something that changed the way I care for others. I believe our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal when they are given the right conditions. Stress, grief, trauma, and life's challenges can leave our nervous system stuck in survival mode. That doesn't mean we're broken—it means our bodies have been working hard to protect us. My role is not to fix people. My role is to help create the conditions where healing becomes more possible. Through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), nurse coaching, auricular therapies, and compassionate listening, I help people feel safe enough to reconnect with the healing wisdom they already carry within themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, grief, or a major life transition, my hope is that you'll feel truly seen, heard, and understood. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you find your way back to steady.
